Terms of Conditions

1. Who we are

iConnectBlade is operated by Pedro Tech, founded by Pedro Vitorino, based at 3900 Oldfield Crossing Dr, Apt 208, Jacksonville, FL 32223, USA. [Business registration details to be confirmed before launch.]

In these terms, "iConnectBlade", "the Platform", "we", "us", and "our" mean Pedro Tech.

2. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using iConnectBlade, you agree to these Terms of Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms with you.

3. Where iConnectBlade is available

iConnectBlade is currently offered only in Brazil and in six U.S. states: Florida, California, Texas, New York, Georgia, and Illinois.

If you are outside these areas, you may not be able to create an account. We may add or remove regions over time.

4. Who can use iConnectBlade

You must provide an accurate date of birth when you sign up. We use it to place you in either the kids experience (under 13) or the standard experience (13 and over).

Accounts for bladers under 13 require verified consent from a parent or guardian before they are activated.

You may not use the Platform if you have previously been banned, or if doing so would break the law in your region.

5. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your account or create more than one account.

You must provide truthful information during sign-up and verification. Providing false information, including a false age, may result in suspension.

6. Community rules

Treat other bladers with respect. Bullying, harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, and sharing another person's private information are not allowed.

Messages and posts are checked by automated moderation. Content that is flagged may be limited, hidden, or removed, and serious or repeated violations may lead to a ban.

7. Marketplace

Only verified sellers may list items. Listings must be accurate and items must be legal to sell and ship.

iConnectBlade provides the marketplace tools but is not the seller of items listed by users. Transactions are between buyer and seller. Fees, if any, will be shown before you list or buy.

Bladers under 18 may browse the marketplace but may not buy or sell without a verified adult account.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the posts, photos, videos, and other content you share. By posting, you grant iConnectBlade a license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

Do not post content you do not have the right to share, or content that breaks the community rules.

9. Your AI companion

Each member may create a personal AI companion. The companion is provided to help and entertain — its responses may be imperfect and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Do not rely on the AI for decisions that affect your safety.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or the community rules, or where required to protect other users.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We work hard to keep iConnectBlade safe and available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pedro Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

For users in the United States, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

For users in Brazil, these terms are governed by Brazilian law, and nothing here removes the protections of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).

We will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first. The exact dispute-resolution process will be confirmed during legal review.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know within the Platform. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
